Book Stands for Upcoming Armageddon Events

Acceptance of the event terms and conditions is required before any booking can be submitted for approval.

• IMPORTANT - The event has an updated UNOFFICIAL ITEMS, WEAPONS and PROPS policy that MUST be obeyed at all times.
• No imitation items of licensed products (specifically statues and Pop Vinyls) is permitted within the event. Some flexibility is permitted, but items need to be cleared with the event management before sale if they potentially conflict with this policy.
• Only approved exhibitors can bring bladed items and any type of weaponry (plastic guns, toys included). If this policy affects you in any way, you MUST advise Beyond Reality Media and supply the full details, and must have WRITTEN approval from the event management to bring ANY weaponry into the exhibition for sale or display purposes. 
• Acceptance of these terms states that you understand  this weapons policy and will not bring any items into the event that are listed above.
• Sales of the following are restricted, unless otherwise formally approved by event management -
  • GEL GUNS and any type of firearm in any variation)
  • Body Pillows, Fidget Spinners, Metal Swords, Bladed Weapons, Lightsabers and/or lightsaber adjacent
  • Prize Bags, Raffles and on-site give-away contests.
  • Artificial Intelligence generated artwork and products of any kind.
  • Sale of Gift/Loot/Mystery Bags must be approved by event management. If approved, items where attendees do not know what is inside the bag MUST have a sample on display so that attendees have an idea of what they are purchasing. This can include samples of what may be inside the bags.
  • Offensive and R rated content is banned from the event in ALL aspects. If you are unsure, check with event management. If items are approved for sale at the event but unsuitable for children, exhibitor must restrict all access to under R16 and limit display. Content is subject to review and removal without discussion if event management find the product to breach our standards
    
    
• The exhibitor acknowledges that all bookings and payments are non-refundable. Once this application has been completed the exhibitor application is 100% confirmed only contingent upon Beyond Reality Media Ltd approval.
• Event invoices will be sent out approximately 75 days before each event. Payment of the total cost of participation MUST be paid in full before each event. If payment has not been made by the due date listed on the invoice, a 10% late fee will be added onto the total cost to be paid. A deposit may be required for large bookings to confirm placement, however this is currently not expected.
• Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in the loss of my exhibitor privileges without recourse or refund. This applies to the above stated weapons policy particularly but also for other terms and conditions listed.

By placing a booking request I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agreed to these terms and conditions.
